Nollywood actress Omoni Oboli is currently mourning the death of top Presidential aide Oronto Douglas.

Oronto Douglas who was the Special Adviser of Research,Documentation and Strategy passed away today, April 9, 2015 at the State House Clinic after battling with cancer.

Upon hearing the news, Omoni Oboli took to her Instagram account to mourn the passing away of her 'friend'. "Adieu dear friend! The tears won't stop! I will miss you Oronto Douglas! Nollywood Patron and friend. May you rest in the bosom of our lord and may your family be comforted. May they never know lack. Sleep well!" she wrote in the caption of her Instagram post.

Oronto Douglas supported Omoni Oboli's movie 'Being Mrs. Elliot'.
