Justin Bieber Allegedly Steals Another Cell Phone

The 'Boyfriend' singer - who was having dinner at Dave & Dusters Restaurant Monday night - allegedly turned aggressive when he accused the man of trying to film him and his girlfriend, Selena Gomez.

Justin Bieber is under investigation for allegedly trying to snatch a man's cell phone at an arcade in Hollywood.

According to DailyNews, the 'Boyfriend' singer - who was having dinner at Dave & Dusters Restaurant Monday night - allegedly turned aggressive when he accused the man of trying to film him and his girlfriend, Selena Gomez.

An eye witness told the authorities that there was a little fight but the security people separated them very quickly.

Police reportedly got to the scene but did not interview Bieber. Meanwhile a source said the alleged victim was too 'tired' and wanted to take his grandson home instead of waiting around to complete a police report.

He however promised to visit the LAPD office on Tuesday to complete an official police report. If this goes forward, Bieber may be in trouble with the law.

We earlier reported that the singer was once accused of theft by a woman last May. She claimed Bieber confronted her at a Los Angeles Park, accused her of taking a video, wrestled her for her phone and reduced her 13 year old daughter to tears."

Police opened investigation but prosecutors declined to file for any charges.

Another source said, "This is what (Bieber) does. He has a thing about people taking his picture, and he tries to get the video."
