After Iggy Azalea dropped out as headliner for the upcoming Pittsburgh Pride, former Jonas Brothers singer, Nick Jonas has been chosen as the perfect replacement.

We earlier reported that the 25-year-old Australian rapper announced via Twitter on June 8 that she's canceling her performance after receiving serious backlash from the LGBT community for her past tweets, considered to be homophobic.

In a press release, Nick said, ''When I heard about the difficult position Pittsburgh Pride was in just days before their event, I knew I had to find a way to help.''

''I’m excited to do what I can to support the LGBT community in Pittsburgh, and I look forward to seeing you this Saturday as we celebrate together,'' he added.

The 22-year-old singer was last spotted arriving at the Los Angeles LAX Airport on Wednesday, June 10 but never gave a comment about his new gig.

Pittsburgh Pride concert holds on Saturday, June 13.
