By Monday, March 16, the 21-year-old male model jumped on Twitter claiming the photos were not what people thought they were. Adding he would never betray his girlfriend, Miley.
He wrote: "Girls have guy friends and guys have friends that are girls... Would NEVER do anything against my GF... OMG, It's one of best friends girlfriend."

The trip comes at an interesting time for 'The Grown Ups 2' star as last week it was reported that he and Miley have been telling friends that they will get married some day. They reportedly also had dinner with Patrick's mom, Maria Shriver on Wednesday, March 11.
TMZ reports that Miley has also been cleaning up her image so as to get an approval from her boyfriend's strict mama.
On Monday afternoon, Miley took to social media for the first time since the suspecting photos and posted a bizarre photo of her with a male friend as pubic hair was animated on their nude-coloured ensembles.
She wrote: "Feeling supaaaa blisssssed or maybe I'm juzzzz stoned".Well, with Patrick's reaction and Miley who seem not to be bother, looks like all is fine in paradise after all!
