On October 21, 2015 Mercy Aigbe-Gentry dragged Adenowo Idowu, 38 to court for allegedly stealing her Blackberry phone reportedly worth N370,000, and iPhone.

The incident happened at 10, Adeyemi Akapo Street, Omole, Ojodu in Lagos state on October 19, 2015.

Mercy Aigbe has now shared photos of the man suspected to have stolen her phone. The pictures are from CCTV footage from Yoruba actress’ Biodun Okeowo Victoria Beauty shop. Apparently Adenowo Idowu had robbed Okeowo’s shop on September 28.

According to the actress he stole the cash from her store that day. Four days later he went to Mercy Aigbe’s shop and pretended to be an electrician.

Mercy Aigbe who runs Mag Divas shop left her shop to attend something important and was not aware of Idowu’s intention. When she left the shop, Idowu allegedly entered her personal office and stole her phones- iPhone Six Plus phone, and BlackBerry Passport Phone.

“This guy is wanted by the law enforcement agency. He stole some huge amount of money at Victoria's Beauty Store on 28th of September,i mean d whole sales cash for that day which happens to be Monday,and recently about 4 days ago, went to Mag Divas boutique,used d same technique pretending to be an electrician ......Mercy Aigbe CEO Mag Divas who was unaware of his bad intentions left her office to attend to something important and b4 one could say j..k this devil entered her personal office stole her I.phone Six Plus Phone, and BlackBerry Passport Phone! This post consists his picture inside Victoria's Beauty cashier desk,where he took the money,we got this pic tru our CCTV.

"Kindly repost / Broadcast to warn others, especially store owners around Omole,Ojodu,berger nd Ogba environs! .....God bless u as u do!” wrote Biodun Okeowo on Instagram.

On October 14, Mercy Aigbe has revealed exclusively to Pulse TV that she has never been heartbroken before.

At the ‘’ movie premiere at Genesis Deluxe Cinemas, The Palms Shopping Mall, Lekki, Lagos, the award winning actress spoke about how in her love life she has broken a couple of hearts.

“I think I have broken a couple of hearts way back, but I don’t think my heart has actually been broken. No like seriously, to be sincere. I don’t think I have had any really major heartbreak” she said.
