Lil Wayne has been served with a fresh lawsuit from his tour bus driver who claims the rapper threatened to kill him.

Driver, Mark Jones stated in his legal documents explains he was hired to drive Wayne and crew for his 2014 summer concert tour, 'First stop: Buffalo'.

But when he pulled over for fuel around 11:30 PM, Jones claims Wayne became irritated and started cursing him, to a point he had to continue driving without refueling.

Jones also says Wayne threatened to pistol whip him, "whip [his] ass" and finish the job by killing him. He added that things got worse when the rapper put a gun to his head yelling, ''I want to get to the hotel now.''
