Model reportedly purchases new Calabasas mansion worth $6m

TMZ reports that the 18-year-old reality star has put up her old home which she had purchased barely one year ago at $2.7m, in exchange for her new pad in hidden hills, Calabasas, Carlifonia.

TMZ reports that the 18-year-old reality star has put up her old home which she had purchased barely one year ago at $2.7m, in exchange for her new pad in hidden hills, Calabasas, Carlifonia.

Kylie's new home is reported to be located within the same neighbourhood as her mum, Kris Jenner, and sister, Kim Kardashian's homes.

The new crib boasts six bedrooms, seven baths, a pool, wine cellar plus a gigantic walk-in closet described to be as big as most master bedrooms, all sitting on over 7,000 square feet of land.

Meanwhile her old crib has reportedly been placed on the market for roughly $3m and is said to have serious bids which indicate that the house would not be on the market for much longer.

Who knows? Maybe Kylie is desperate to get rid of old ghosts as she is reported to have moved on with another rapper and old time pal, PartyNextDoor, barely one week after her split from rapper boyfriend, Tyga.
