To sweeten the deal, Kanye made everyone where fake pregnancy pads, helping heavily pregnant Kim feel even more at home and relaxed threw out the party.

The whole of the Kardashian/Jenner brood except Khloe, turned up for the event, including Caitlyn Jenner.
Khloe understandably missed the birthday bash as she continues to remain beside a still sick, Lamar Odom.
The excited pregnant mum took to instagram to share a lovely photo of her birthday cake, gushing over her hubby's romantic gesture.
