Jordin Sparks says 'thank you' to her new 1 million follwers on Instagram

Jordin Sparks only recently began releasing music again after her highly publicized split from ex boyfriend, Jason Derulo but thanks to Instagram, she still has so many people who want more from her!

The one-time 'American Idol' winner took to her Instagram yesterday, August 16 thanking the people who still believe in her and her music.

''YAAAAAS 1 million on IG! Thank you,'' Jordin wrote beneath a picture of her winking to the world. ''Heyyyyy! Roll call! Where you from? 602, AZ for me! Comment below!'' she added.

Sparks' career has been rocked with no music for the last five years and very few movie roles but then again, her determination to drop some pounds and bounce back into a happy relationship with Sage The Germini, post Derulo split, has worked out just fine for the singer.

Sparks' new album, 'Right Here Right Now' is out August 21 and we bet, fans just can't wait to hear how she sounds again!
