The actor's messy divorce battle with ex-wife Sonni Pacheco was put to an end on Monday, December 28, according to official court documents obtained by People magazine.

The 44-year-old actor and Pacheco had earlier on agreed to sharing custody of their 2-year-old daughter Ava. But the 'Avengers' star will also pay $13,000 a month in child support, according to court documents. And in the case Renner makes more than $2.3 million a year, he is subject to pay 5 percent of the excess as additional child support.

Pacheco filed for divorce in December 2014, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple were married for only 10 months. However, the mother of one will not receive spousal support as she signed a prenuptial agreement in December 2013.
Since news of the finalized divorce, Renner took to his Instagram to share a new photo of daughter Ava.
