Jeremih's DUI charges have been tossed out of court!

The singer had pled no contest to one count of reckless driving after he was pulled over and arrested on his 28th birthday back in July. He spent a night behind bars before released on bail the next day.

However, reports say the 'Birthday Sex' crooner was spotted clubbing the same day he was released from jail.

Despite his charges dropped, Jeremih, as part of his plea deal, will have to complete an alcohol and drug ed course. He'll also be on probation for 2 years

Chances are he'll be back at it when he turns 29 ... likely with a designated driver, claims TMZ.
