Singer puts Florida home up for sale at $2.9m

According to reports, the singer's impressive house, which sits on two acres has been listed in the market for $2.9 million.

American singer, Jason Derulo has put up his sprawling 13,000-square-foot Coconut Creek, home in Florida, up for sale.

With seven bedrooms, a game room, full gym and poolside bar, the Coconut Creek home adds up to Derulo's properties which include a seven-bedroom castle-style compound in Tarzana, Calif., which he recently bought for nearly $3.5 million

Purchased for $1.75 million in 2012, the 25-year-old singer spent more fund in making the house comfortable for his official and personal use. These include a wall around the house for additional privacy and safety, conversion of a guest house into a recording and mirrored dance studio.
