Hilary Duff ends 4-year marriage with Mike Comrie

The mother of one filed for divorce from her Hockey pro hubby after he was spotted wild partying and hitting on several waitresses in a nightclub in Beverly Hills last week.

Hilary Duff and husband, Mike Comrie's marriage is so yesterday after the actress/singer filed divorce papers to finally to put an end to their four year marriage.

Although the former Disney star and her Hockey pro hubby have been separated for a year, Hilary's move just close all possibilities the couple could at least try to work it out.

According to TMZ, Hilary cited irreconcilable differences in her lega documents and is now seeking primary physical custody of their son, Luca, who turns 3 in March.

Duff however,wants Comrie to have visitation rights to their son but sources tell the site she’s worried about his partying habits.

Reports say her decision to end things sprang up after Comrie reportedly had a crazily wild drunken night while out in Beverly Hills in California this week, where he allegedly hitting on waitresses at swank eatery Mastros.

Duff, who thought she could work things out told 'The Kyle and Jackie O Show last September: "I mean, if there wasn't a chance for getting back [together], I think we would've filed for divorce," the star said.

Meanwhile, in a separate interview with Us Weekly in May, Duff said they were "not in a rush for anything," adding they were "just trying to enjoy our lives and figure out what makes us happy and it's working for us."
