Hefe Wine plans to subpoena on his behalf, as he feels they are “likely to have discoverable information” for his defense.
The thirsty and money-hungry Hefe Wine has been in court with Iggy for close to a year now, threatening to release a sex tape he claimed they legally made in 2009 as well as making plans to release music that Iggy recorded during their time together.
Iggy has since filed a lawsuit to stop him in his tracks, and though it’s working for the most part, that hasn't stopped him.
In the latest update, Hefe has submitted a list of artists that he plans to subpoena on his behalf, as he feels they are “likely to have discoverable information” for his defense. They include: Ariana Grande, Jennifer Lopez, Charli XCX, Katy Perry, NOR and T.I.
According to the documents, Hefe thinks Ariana Grande is listed for her “participation and rights to the song ‘Problem'. He also wants to subpoena Jennifer Lopez ''relating to participation and rights to the song ‘Acting Like That,’” and Katy Perry for her song “Black Widow.” Charlie XCX is on his list for “relating to participation and rights to the song Fancy.”
He mentions wanting to subpoena T.I. as well – and takes a dig simultaneously by calling him a “former companion of” Iggy’s. This guy is truly the worst! Here’s to hoping all of this gets shut down by the judge!
