Harrison Ford flies helicopter

Harrison Ford was seen co-piloting a helicopter on Thursday, May 28 despite being hospitalized in March after suffering minor injuries from a shocking plane crash in Venice, California.

The 72-year-old 'Star Wars' actor was piloting a small vintage aircraft which malfunctioned, causing him to make an emergency crash landing at a golf course in Venice, Calif. A battered Harrison was rushed to a nearby hospital to recover.

Meanwhile in 2000, Harrison was also involved in a helicopter accident and later spoke about the importance of safety while fyling.

"You just forewarn yourself against the potential, which is always there, for an accident," he said.
