The 'X-Men' star wants her baby daddy to go get a job and stop living off her child support for the daughter!

Halle Berry is pissed off and her baby daddy Gabriel Aubry is so responsible for this.

The 'Extant' star claims her daughter's father has been taking advantage of the child support she pays for the upbringing of their child together for his own welfare.

Because he has been living ENTIRELY off child support, Halle is asking a judge to STOP the financial transaction.According to gossip site TMZ, the actress filed legal documents asking the judge in their custody case to drastically reduce her monthly child support fee from $16,000 a month to just over $3,000 a month. In the documents, Halle mentioned that Gabriel has stopped working and is content to live off of the child support, and that's an abuse of the system.She states that Gabriel is perfectly capable of working and by reducing the support it will allow their 6-year-old Nahla to live a comfortable life, supported by his own income.Halle and Gabriel were granted joint custody and each has the kid around 50% of the time.
