Singer fires back at sexual harassment accusations

The statement also claimed that Wenninger is a “disgruntled” former employee who’s “seeking to extract an undeserved payment.”

In a statement, Orin Snyder, U.S. attorney for John’s Rocket Entertainment Group, called the claims made in a lawsuit by Jeffrey Wenninger “patently untrue.”

“This baseless lawsuit is brought by a disgruntled former security officer seeking to extract an undeserved payment. These claims are patently untrue and contradicted by numerous previous statements made by this plaintiff,” Snyder said. “We will not give into his latest abuse of the legal system.”

In a lawsuit filed on Monday, March 28, 2016 his former employee had claimed that “Rocket Man” singer John touched him inappropriately on multiple occasions.

The lawsuit which was filed by the former employee says, John “touched the Plaintiff by placing his hand in Plaintiff’s pants, next to Plaintiff’s body, while trying to force his fingers between Plaintiff’s buttock cheeks, and attempting to grab Plaintiff’s genitals both over and under his clothing.”

Recall that Jeffrey Wenninger filed a lawsuit, shared by US website TMZ, against the 69-year-old where he claims Elton put his hands down his pants.

He also alleges the star attempted to grab his genitals when the pair were in a car together in 2014.

The ex-security guard, who is believed to have stopped working with the singer in September 2014, says he attempted to verbally and physically resist, but it allegedly didn’t stop the singer.
