Eddie Murphy's brother dies at 57

The comedian and actor died in New York on Wednesday according to his representative, Domenick Nati.

A representative of the deceased, Domenick Nati, confirmed the death of the comedian who died in New York today, April 12, 2017.

He is the brother of Hollywood actor, Eddie Murphy and quite popular for his appearance on Comedy Central's the "Chappelle's Show".

The late comedian also featured as an animated character in the cartoon series, "The Boondocks" and "Black Jesus".

Before his untimely death, Murphy appeared on drama series, "Power" which is expected to air later this year.

He is also credited as contributing to the writing of his brother, Eddie's movie, "Norbert and Vampire in Brooklyn".
