Mavin Record artiste speaks on why he went into film making

After finishing his course in March this year, the singer is back in the country. The course lasted for eight weeks.

Pop star Mavin Records Dr. Sid early this year enrolled at the New York Film Academy to become a filmaker.

After finishing his course in March this year, the singer is back in the country. The course lasted for eight weeks.

Speaking to Hip Hop World Magazine, the 'Surulere' act spoke on why he wants to be behind the camera. " I am an entertainer, so I entertain with music and I believe that in every aspect of life, whatever your passion is, you should make attempts to develop yourself and get some form of training or education in whatever you are trying to do. I have always had a passion for movies and television so I decide to get training about it, maybe I’ll shoot some music videos, make some short films" he said.
