One of the prominent judges on the Miss USA pageant, NFL legend, Emmitt Smith has dropped out amidst Donald Trump's racism mess.

Smith was one of the 5 celebrity judges that was scheduled to participate on the show but now, he wants nothing to do with it.

Reports say other high profile people have departed from the production including co-host Cheryl Burke, Flo Rida (who was supposed to perform) and Roselyn Sanchez, who was one of the hosts.

Top media outlets, Univision and NBC have also cut ties with Trump after he referred to Mexican immigrants as mostly drug dealers and rapists.

However, Trump has filed a $500 million lawsuit against Univison claiming pulling the plug on the beauty pageant was breach of contract. He's also calling the network ''weak''.

It's still not clear if the network will also axe Trump's other popular TV show, 'The Apprentice' but according to close sources, the organizers just want Trump out as host.

Mexican billionaire, Carlos Slim has reportedly rejected the idea of replacing Trump as the host of 'The Apprentice'. His rep tells TMZ on June 30 that the business tycoon is super busy running his other organizations.
