Donald Trump is reportedly threatening to take NBC to court after they announced undefinedon Monday, June 29 because of his racist attack on Mexicans in his presidential announcement on June 25.

While talking to paparazzi in New York, Monday,  the billionaire called NBC weak to stand for the right things because all they care about is not to offend and they are blinded by the problems caused by immigrants in America.

Trump says, "If NBC is so weak and so foolish to not understand the serious illegal immigration problem in the United States, coupled with the horrendous and unfair trade deals we are making with Mexico, then their contract violating closure of Miss Universe/Miss USA will be determined in court."

Therefore, Trump is now threatening NBC just like he did with Univision, for allegedly breaching an iron-clad contract by pulling the plug on him.

The controversial tycoon also threw shade on Brian Williams (anchor and managing editor of NBC Nightly News) telling pressmen: ''NBC will stand behind lying Brian Williams but won't stand behind people that tell it like it is, as unpleasant as that may be."

Well, one thing is certain ... Trump will not be returning to 'The Apprentice' since the network is clearing out every deal they had with him. Now, TMZ reports that a minority host is seriously been considered to take over Trump. They want to make a powerful statement discrediting Trump's  campaign platform on immigration.

We wonder how Trump will react to this. Check out Donald Trump and daughter, talk 'The Apprentice' on Today Show:
