There's video proof that embattled Taxify driver, Nnaemeka was not arrested and is going about his normal business.

According to her earlier post, the embattled driver, Henry Nnaemeka, has been arrested and would be facing prosecution very soon.
However, Instablog9ja has shared video proof that Nnaemeka was not arrested and is going about his normal business.
In the video clip, a female voice can be heard in the background asking in this is the same person who was allegedly arrested.
Nnaemeka goes on to clarify that he is not in police custody while adding that "God is my strength."

Dorcas Shola Fapson and the Taxify rape saga
On Tuesday, February 20, Dorcas Shola-Fapson revealed that the Taxify driver who allegedly assaulted her has been arrested and would be facing prosecution.
The beautiful actress who has been missing in action on social media since the incident posted on her Instagram page on Tuesday, February 20, 2018, a message where she talked about her ordeal.
“A serious incident like this should never have become a war of class-”pretty popular girl with foreign accent” vs “poor regular taxi driver”. It should be based on TRUTH. We are all human regardless of social status. After going on the run Mr. Henry has been caught and arrested-see you in court,” she wrote.
Dorcas Shola-Fapson’s alleged rape claim
It would be recalled that on Thursday, January 25, 2018, Dorcas Shola-Fapson raised an alarm over what she called an alleged rape and molestation from a Taxify driver.

According to the multi-talented OAP and actress, the driver of the cab, reportedly locked her in the car and drove her to a random house and tried to force her out of the car. Luckily for her, she had pepper spray with her which she emptied into his eyes.
Taxify driver tells his own side of the story
The driver in the center of the drama, Herny Nnaemeka in his own statement, also told his own side of the story. According to Henry, he was surprised when he woke up to calls from family and friends who were astonished to find his name on blogs and on social media and being addressed as a rapist.
Henry claims that he got a request from Ibrahim EletuWay which was close to where he resides. On getting there he picked Dorcas Shola-Fapson from the said location but found out there wasn't a destination. He then went on to ask her for the location which she didn't give. He also went to explain that she refused to tell him the exact location and upon his insistence, for the location she yelled at him.
Taxify's press statement
Taxify however, released a press statement where they said they have petitioned the Special Investigation Bureau and the Nigeria Police Force to persecute the driver in question.
