Singer celebrates dad on his birthday

Davidos father is a year older today and like every happy child, he is celebrating his father on his special day.

The music star took to his Instagram page on Tuesday, March 6, 2018, where he penned down a very cute message to his father with a photo of himself, brothers and their father

"Happy birthday Daddy! Your the greatest person I know! If not for you I do know know where we will all be! MAY GOD CONTINUE TO ENLARGE UR COAST! YOUR HEART IS TO RARE We all learn from you! you so much! From your last born - OBO," he captioned the photo.

Sadly, today also marks the 15th year since the demise of Davido's mother and he also had emotional words to describe his late mother.

"Also on this day March 6 15 years ago I lost my beloved mother..it hurts me every day that you are not here to see all that God has done with my life but I know you are watching from heaven..continue to Rest in Peace mama!" he also wrote.

Even though it's been a long time since the demise of Davido's mum, it is very obvious the superstar misses him, mother, very much.

Another celebrity who recently lost her father is the actress, Toyin Aimakhu. The beautiful actress laid her father to rest in Ibadan, Oyo state in an event attended by close friends and family.

A visibly sad Toyin was seen crying uncontrollably all through the event and couldn't hold back despite consolations from family members.
