Damon Dash has been issued an arrest warrant by a judge for owing his ex wife and fashion designer, Rachel Roy more than $340,000.

Supreme court judge, Matthew Cooper issued his verdict in a contempt hearing on Wednesday, April 39 in Manhattan, New York. He ordered that Dash either pays the $341,999.16 to Roy or be arrested.

According to Roy's laywer, Donnell Suares, the former Roc-a-Fella boss $91,249 in back child support, school and camp fees, and another $250,750 in debts. Roy also claims she had to pay all these when Dash broke their divorce agreement by not paying the mortgages their New York homes.
Besides, judge Cooper also ordering Dash to pay up $25,000 of Roy’s $40,000 legal fees, he also stated that: “He[Dash] failed on his default. He has failed to appear....I will issue a warrant unless he can avoid arrest by purging contempt, and the purge is $341,999,'' the judge said.

Dash reportedly missed the court session because, according to his Instagram posts, he was in North Carolina before heading to California.

The judge found out that Dash received $20 million from the sale of Roc-A-Fella Records and Roy, also the told Judge Cooper that Dash made more than $2 million from her company last year, and she had no idea why he wouldn’t pay up.
