Christmas was indeed a most wonderful time for Ciara as the singer took to her Instagram account to share a photo of her hugging boyfriend, Russell Wilson with a wide and happy smile on her face.

NFL Quarterback of Seattle Seahawks fame, Russell Wilson, took to his own Instagram account and shared a similar photo of the couple as well, expressing his own happiness of the Christmas celebrations.

“Special day with a special lady... @Ciara”, the athlete’s caption read.

Although the specific details of the couple’s Christmas plans were not known, it was evident that Ciara spent it with her family and one year-old son, Future Zahir Wilburn from her former partner, rapper Future.

The singer shared an Instagram video of her family dancing and exchanging gifts on Christmas Day before posting the picture of her and boyfriend Russell with a happy smile on her face.

But the festive spirit is not the only cause of Ciara’s happiness, many sources for E News had indicated that Ciara and Russell’s love was deep and strong, with the pair already considering marriage and the possibility of more children.

The couple, who were recently the object of Hollywood’s gossip mill following their publicly known decision to abstain from sex until marriage, seems to be waxing stronger in love as the focus for the pair is on building their relationship.

Russell, who spoke openly about hearing the command to abstain from sex with Ciara from God, seems to be just what Ciara needed to believe in the beauty of love again after her devastating heartbreak from ex, Future.

The singer is most definitely on a cloud higher than cloud nine, and it is no wonder as this Christmas celebratory period has seen her surrounded by a boyfriend who “wants to love her the Jesus way”, and her adorable son.

She shared a photo of her holding him with the caption,

“Children are a blessing from the Lord; the fruit of the womb a reward.Psalms 127:3. Sweet Love."
