Celebrity couple to co-host NBMA 2016

Celebrity couples, Charlyboy and his wife, Lady D have been named as co-hosts of the 2016 edition of the Nigerian Broadcasters Merit Awards (NBMA) to be held on Saturday February 27, at the Grand Ballroom of Barcelona Hotels, Wuse 2, Abuja.

They shall be joining the pair of Isaac and Nneka Moses of Goge Africa fame in a night with promises of excitement.

According to the organisers, the choice of Abuja is important as all previous editions of the event were held in Lagos.

Also expected at the event is eccentric personality, Denrele Edun who will be hosting the cocktail and red carpet session with music from South African-based Nigerian Disc Jockey, DJ Phyz.

There will be a live broadcast, a red carpet reception, dance drama, fashion exhibition, command performances from shining music and comedy stars among other side attractions.

The voting of nominees for the various award categories is expected to end on Tuesday February 23rd, 2016.
