Today is the birthday of Nollywood actress Chika Ike.

The movie star was born in Onitsha, Anambra state, Chika is a Human Kinetics and Health Education graduate from the University of Lagos (UNILAG).

She landed her first roles in the movies Sweetlove and Bless the Child, directed by TChidi Chikere in 2005.

The Nollywood actress has a 2015 reality TV series called “African Diva Reality TV Show”

Besides acting, Chika Is an entrepreneur and philanthropist. She is a UN Refugee Ambassador for Displaced persons and founder of the Chika Ike (Help A Child) Foundation.
