The transgender icon hit the scene at the Standard Hotel in a fitted, black velvet cocktail dress with a boat neckline, teamed with an embellished white clutch and bow-topped peep-toes.

The reality star got a little red carpet spotlight as an early birthday gift while attending Logo TV's "Beautiful As I Want To Be" web series launch party in Los Angeles on Tuesday, October 27 (just a day before her birthday)
The transgender icon hit the scene at the Standard Hotel in a fitted, black velvet cocktail dress with a boat neckline, teamed with an embellished white clutch and bow-topped peep-toes. Jenner styled her brunette tresses into loose curls, and added lush lashes, bronzed cheeks, and a rose-hued lip.
Of course, it didn't go unnoticed that Jenner had something to celebrate! At one point, the 'I Am Cait' star was pulled up front to talk to the crowd, only to be surprised with a birthday cake, complete with red roses made from icing. Looking emotional, she threw her hands up in the air and smiled
