Star's completes surgery, officially now a woman

The reality star's last surgery involved reshaping Bruce’s male genitalia into that of a woman.

Bruce Jenner is now legally considered a woman after recently undergoing full gender reassignment surgery.

An insider claims the former Olympian underwent the arduous surgery over three weeks ago and ''the procedure involved reshaping Bruce’s male genitalia into that of a woman. He was very happy with the results, but didn’t realize how grueling the recovery would be,'' source tells RadarOnline.

''The surgery was more than eight hours long,'' the source added. ''In the immediate aftermath, Bruce thought he had a urinary tract infection, but it was simply the pain from the procedure.''

Over the weekend, Jenner was spotted in public with long blonde locks — his first public outing since April 30.
