Ex president's daughter Chelsea Clinton, rocks tight jeans four months after child birth

Bill Clinton's only child, Chelsea Clinton, looks unbelievably slimmer just four months after giving birth to her daughter Charlotte.

The former White House resident rocked a pair of skinny jeans and blue T-shirt as she showed off her small frame while planting trees in honor of the Clinton Foundation's Day of Action in Palm Springs, California on Sunday, January 25.

The 34-year-old and her husband Marc Mezvinsky welcomed their first child back in September 2014 and she says motherhood is totally life changing.

"I'm a new mom," she said at there James O. James Desert Highland Unity Center on Sunday.

"And I didn't know that I could care any more about the issues that I already care about like health and wellness until I became a mother and until I had a daughter."

About her getting enough sleep as a mom, Bill and Hilary Clinton's daughter told Yahoo News' Katie Couric in November;

"Not a lot, but that's okay. I exist in this twilight, but every moment with her is amazing, whether it comes at 2 a.m. or 2 p.m."
