In October, the couple losed out on a bid to purchase a $70 million mansion in L.A to ex minecraft mastermind, Markus Persson. Speculatiuons were, they may give up their dream of an L.A home but no!
The famous couple have also reportedly enrolled their daughter into a kindergarten program at an elite private school where the tuition is alleged at $15,080 per year.
According to TMZ, Bey and Jay spent the summer in a $200K a month rental near Beverly Hills so their decision to become permanent residents is not so shocking.
