Ben and Jen announced their divorce just a day after celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary

After so much speculations, Ben Affleck and wife Jennifer Garner are kissing their marriage goodbye just a day after they celebrated their 10 wedding anniversary.

In a joint statement on Tuesday, June 30, the couple says, "After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to divorce. We go forward with love and friendship for one another and a commitment to co-parenting our children whose privacy we ask to be respected during this difficult time. This will be our only comment on this private family matter. Thank you for understanding."

Reports say the couple did not build a financial wall between them before getting married, because there is no prenup. Hence no money problems after they go separate ways.

According to TMZ, even though the divorce is yet to be filed, Ben and Jennifer are working things out with a mediator and their business managers and divorce papers will be filed when all of the property and custody issues are resolved.

The couple is ending things amicably and we hear they will share joint custody of their three children.
