"Goodluck was there for six years, all they did was steal money" says comedian

Top Nigerian stand-up comedian BasketMouth has blasted former president Goodluck Jonathan and his administration for allegedly looting the public treasury.

During his show BM Uncensored in Houston, Texas, BasketMouth didn't hold back as he aired his thoughts about the high level of corruption in the last administration.

"And the funny thing is is now in power and everyone is hating on the guy under two months. I said some sh&t that made the news. Me, I don't care. I am not normally into politics but when I see some sh*t I say it. Goodluck was there for six years, all they did was steal money. Yeah I will say it..." said Basketmouth.

"I was reading the news and one country in Asia, I can't remember right now I don't have my facts, but they are the one hosting the Olympics. The stadium is costing them 1 billion and they are all freaking out, 1 billion dollars. I am looking at this people, 1 billion dollars, when one woman stole 20 billion dollars. Which means that lady can actually build twenty stadium (sic)...and everyone just kept quiet. I pray they...you just can't come and rob me people just like that. Nigeria is a rich country but see us..." he further said.
