Rapper Fights For Joint Custody Of Their Son

Wiz agrees to pay $1,000,000 but needs his son too!

Wiz Khalifa is not going down without a fight in the current divorce battle with his model ex wife, Amber Rose.

The rapper has responded to Amber's divorce papers in a Los Angeles court and he says he wants joint custody of their son, Sebastian. His demand counters Amber's wish to have FULL custody of the boy.

To perhaps make his demand taken more seriously, the 'We Dem Boys' hit-maker has agreed to pay his ex a whooping $1,000,000. A sum she asked for in the case of a divorce or separation. He's also agreed to pay $5000 as spousal support every month.

In the legal document obtaned by E! News, the rapper also cited "irreconcilable differences" as the cause of their split but he wants to be part of his son's life like his mother.

We earlier reported that Amber accused Wiz of infidelity as the major reason she left him.

Do you think her demand for full custody is to avoid her son live with his father's "other women" in the future?
