Nollywood titan Omotola Jalade- Ekeinde and stand-up juggernaut Ali Baba will receive honours at the 2015 African Achievers Awards.

The event takes place in Johannesburg, South Africa on July 25, 2015.

Rex Idaminabo, the principal partner of AAA spoke on why the two celebs are being honoured.

"While Omotala’s zeal and consistency created the needed breakthrough for Nollywood to thrive, Ali Baba took the comedy business to a different level in the country. Omotola attended her daughter's graduation last week.

On June 24, 2015 Ali Baba became 50 years old.
