On Thursday, September 14, the music legend, inaugurated “Vote Not Fight, Election No Be War” campaign in a bid to promote peaceful governorship election in Anambra on November 18.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the campaign is a collaboration of the 2Face Idibia Foundation, Youngstars Development Initiative (YDI) and Youth Initiative for Advocacy, Growth, and Advancement (YIAGA).
2baba in one of his numerous benevolence, visited the victims affected by floods in Makurdi on September 5, 2017, donating relief materials. He also promised to hold a concert to raise fundsfor the displaced people.
Earlier in the year, he also visited the soldiers and the Internally Displaced Persons' camp in Maiduguri where he donated relief materials to the IDPs and said encouraging words to the soldiers at the war front.
