Lorry crushes female AAU student to death

A young lady believed to be a student of the Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, has died in an accident involving a lorry.

The unidentified student was crushed to death in the accident that occurred on Monday evening along Uhumudumun Road in Ekpoma, Esan West Local Government Area of Edo State.

According to an eyewitness the accident happened when the motorcycle carrying the girl collided with another motorcycle he was trying to overtake.

The girl then fell off the motorcycle and was crushed by the oncoming tipper.

Student Pulse gathered that her corpse was taken to a mortuary by officers from the Iruekpen Division of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC).
