Ondo employs 1,500 teachers, promotes 4,001 staff

No fewer than 1500 new teachers will soon be given their appointment letters by the Ondo state government which also promoted over 4000 other public school staff.

This was revealed by the Secretary to the Ondo State Government, Dr. Aderotimi Adelola, who represented the state governor, Dr. Olusegun Mimiko, at an event organized to present promotion to the beneficiaries.

Adelola said the ceremony is an evidence of the state government's commitment to the welfare of workers in the state.

The event also doubled as an interactive session for principals of public secondary schools in the state which held in Akure, the state capital.
