32 Secondary School Students Arrested For Cultism, Robbery
The police in Ondo have paraded 32 teenage cultists
According to the state commissioner of police, Mr Patrick Eke, the suspects are all secondary school students under 16 years of age, Daily Trust reports.
Eke said the suspects were arrested after a complaint by a staff of the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) Akure that her phone, a Tecno M3 had been stolen in the church she attends.
During investigations, the police recovered the phone from one of the suspects, identified as Mayowa.
Mayowa, 15, is a student of the Adegbola Memorial Grammar School, Akure and he confessed to being a cultist.
He went ahead to name other members.
This is coming only two weeks after twenty youths were arrested and paraded for cultism in the state.
