Governor Akinwunmi Ambode of Lagos State has advised graduating students of Caleb University (CU), Imota, Lagos State, to think out of the box in order to find gainful employment in the saturated labour market.
Ambode, who was represented by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education, Mrs. Elizabeth Olabisi Ariyo, gave the charge at the 5th convocation ceremony of the university.
“As you join the multitudes in the labour market, I want to implore you to think outside the box and catch in on opportunities that will stand you out and make you either the much sought after or employers of labour," Ambode said.
The Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Ayodeji Olukoju, said the graduands are professionally and spiritually ready for the larger society.
