General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) , Enoch Adeboye and founder of Winners' Chapel, David Oyedepo were reported to have been in a closed door meeting with former president, Olusegun Obasanjo and incumbent president, Goodluck Jonathan.

Reports say Pastor Adeboye and Bishop Oyedepo were allegedly called to be witnesses of the meeting between Obasanjo and Jonathan, mediating between both parties if necessary.

It was gathered that Obasanjo would reportedly use the avenue to ask Jonathan important questions in the presence of both prominent pastors bordering on security situation of the country, his loyalists who were weeded out of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) and also the issue of the South West Organising Mobilisation Committee Chairman of PDP, Buruji Kashamu, whom the former President said can’t be his leader.
