We all experience rejection some how in life but some people bounce back stronger and some do not.

Although getting prepared for rejection helps but it doesn't change the fact that rejection hurts... so here are 5 ways to deal with rejection:

1. Acknowledge your emotions: when you experience rejection, don't try to suppress your feelings, admit that you feel embarrassed, sad, disappointed, or discouraged, then look for ways to deal with the way you feel at that moment either by sleeping, taking a walk or talking to someone about it. The one thing you should be able to tell yourself by confronting your emotion is “life goes on”...

2. Learn from Rejection: Why was I you rejected?, what did I do less instead of more and vice-versa and so on, These questions will only ensure that you don't repeat the same mistake in life generally so rather than just dealing with the pain, you learn and grow from it, I mean, isn’t experience is the best teacher?

3. Reassure yourself: That something bigger and better is on the way. The fact that you were turned down doesn't mean you are incompetent and tell yourself that what is meant to be yours will never be that of someone else.

4. Praise yourself: There are lots of people out there that wouldn't attempt what you did and although you were rejected, you now have some experience and trust me you deserve a pat on the back, tell yourself well-done, I have tried and I will try again, It is also a perfect time to remind yourself that you are specially created and it's not your fault that those who rejected you were blind to that.

5. Be ready to try again: This is crucial, most times when people get rejected they always don't want to try again, never allow the feeling of rejection win, never allow it to define you, Understand that the fact that you didn't succeed today doesn't mean you won't tomorrow.
