Actor to bury mum in December

Yoruba movie actor Yomi Fash-Lanso has concluded plans to bury his late mother in December.

Mrs. Emmanuella Adedoyin Lanso will be laid to rest on Boxing Day, December 26, 2015.

The actor’s mum was 89 when she passed away. She died after a brief illness at her house. Yomi Fash-Lanso lost his mum on October 7.

In October, Yomi Fash-Lanso was made the cultural ambassador of Olokun festival 2015.

He was unveiled as the festival's cultural ambassador at an elaborate event which held at the Suntan Beach in Badagry, Lagos on Thursday, October 22, 2015.

Speaking to Vanguard Newspaper, he said, “It was a beautiful event and I am proud to have been a part of it, not just about the Yoruba culture, but I would love to see changes in our cultural tourism industry.”
