Scott Disick is reportedly going after Kourtney Kardashian's money after their split and says he's entitled to whatever she earns because they have kids together.

While she and the 32-year-old have allegedly worked out a custody agreement that allows Scott weekends with their kids — Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 9 months — Kourt still takes on daddy duty Scott doesn't show up, according to Life & Style.

The mag claims on September 26, Scott was scheduled to host a party at The Pool After Dark in Atlantic City, New Jersey, instead of spending quality time with his children. But he isn't above using them to make a quick buck.

"Kourtney's new app has been placed on hold because she wanted to feature the children. Scott wanted a cut of the profit made from the kids, and it wasn't agreed upon in their custody settlement," says an insider to the site.
