Now the radio host has written a thank you message to supporters.
''The past year has been an interesting one... Learning to live life a different way, the extreme highs and extreme lows, daily trips to the hospital, waking up with a new symptom almost every day, getting close to giving up then finding random pockets of strength I didn't know I had.
Yesterday, I learnt a new lesson... That it's possible to receive kindness and generosity so intense that you just break down in tears because you'd thought the battle was lost. To each person who's sent up a prayer on my behalf, I say thank you. For each donation of money, time, social media posts, I thank you. May God bless us all and send us helpers in our times of need. Thank you.''

The sad news was shared by media personality, Bizzle.
He took to his Instagram page to share details of her ailment and what the money would be used for when raised.
This comes barely 17 months after the death of the Rhythm 93.7 FM OAP's singer and songwriter husband, Olumuyiwa Osinuga aka Nomoreloss.

You will recall that her husband, Nomoreloss passed away after a brief illness in March 2016. Nomoreloss got married to Rhythm 93.7 FM OAP undefined in 2008. They had their daughter, Mo on Saturday, January 15, 2011.
