Singer refuses to see new project as a reality show

The singer who has been opposed to the idea may have agreed to be trailed by camera's all day with the footages aired on television, but still insists that it isn't a reality show.

Mariah Carey

The singer shared this during an interview with New York Times.

Speaking during the interview, Mariah says:

"I refuse to call it a reality show. I thought it would be a good opportunity to kind of, like, show my personality and who I am, even though I feel like my real fans have an idea of who I am. A lot of people have misperceptions about this and that.”

If having your everyday life recorded and aired isn't called a reality show, we wonder what it is.

All the same, we are pretty sure that the sultry singer's fan's are very stoked about the idea and can't wait for the first episode to air.
