Following Ubi Franklin and Emma Nyra’s controversial split and Tiwa Savage and her estranged husband, Tee Billz public breakup, KSB warns female artistes to avoid dating their managers.

The singer told Punch that most female acts get into trouble when they get themselves involved romantically with their managers or record label bosses.

The ‘Turn me around’ crooner said that it is difficult for a female act to succeed if she is not in good terms with her male manager.

According to her, “Yemi Alade is not having any challenges because her alleged romance (with her manager, Taiye Aliyu) is going fine for now. So everything is fine but once there is a fallout, there might be trouble,” she said.

Also speaking on Emma Nyra, the songstress revealed that the former’s career nosedived because she broke up with her former boss, Ubi Franklin, who had control of her career. In her opinion, Emma Nyra starting all over again, is commendable, rather than letting her career die.

“In the case of Emma Nyra and Ubi Franklin; her career nose-dived because they broke up and she became a wreck emotionally. There was no where could push her career, now that she is coming back, she will have to join from the back and start all-over again,” she said.

“Dating one’s manager as a female artiste is not a plus, rather it often ends disastrously,” she added.

Kenny Saint Best married singer, Eddy Asiedu Brown a.k.a Eddy Remedy, and the duo divorced in 2012 after six years of marriage and two children together.
