He was selected as a Global Changemaker by the British Council in 2009, attending the Changemakers Conference and World Economic Forum in Cape Town.
The dinner had in attendance all the notable acts in Nigeria’s entertainment industry. There were representatives from the music, acting, comedy and of course the media.
Personalities such as Nollywood heavyweights, Ramsey Noah, Kate Henshaw, Rita Dominic and comedian, Seyi Law were all present.
Williams needs no introduction. He was the brain behind the publicity of President. Muhammadu Buhari presidential campaign in 2015, which eventually saw him unseat former president, Goodluck Jonathan to become Nigeria’s new leader.
As far as the media is concerned, he had an early grooming.
At the age of 17, he began co-presenting Youth Talk on NTA Network, likewise being a presenter and associate producer on a business television show, Economy Watch, also on the network station.
Finally, alongside Chude Jideonwo, he is the co-founder of the prestigious media outfit, Red Media Africa, the producer of youth centric award show ‘The Future Awards Africa’, an annual event put together to celebrate the achievements of youths under their 30’s in Africa.
