Actor allegedly on the verge of a mental break down
Friends of Ben Affleck are saying that the actor could be on the verge of a mental breakdown just six months after announcing his divorce from ex-wife and actress, Jennifer Garner.

"He is a shadow of his former self," a source tells Radar Online. "[He's] bloated, down and completely torn over what to do,” a pal reveals of the 43-year-old, who's conflicted over whether or not he wants to save his marriage.
Meanwhile, new reports say Garner has agreed to put their divorce proceedings on hold because of the stress its causing Affleck as he's also on set shooting his new film, 'Live By Night.'
“Jen’s been using the delay to try and fix things,” the friend tells the site “Ben can’t believe she even wants to give him another chance after how he’s behaved but she feels she should because of the kids (Violet, 10, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3).”
But nothing seems to be working. “Jen’s hoping he can pull himself together, but even she admits she’s being very optimistic. He’s burnt her so many times and her friends are urging her to not give him any more chances. He’ll never change and he doesn’t deserve it," the insider adds.
