Rwanda's year-on-year inflation was unchanged at 4.5 percent in January compared to the previous month, its statistics office said on Wednesday.

The urban rate of inflation decreased by 0.5 percent on a monthly basis, the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda said on its website.
The annual average rate between January 2016 and January 2015 was 2.8 percent, it added.
